Zero-cost or quotas will be cancelled, Saravanan warns Malaysian employers

Addressing Bangladeshi columnists after the joint working council meeting to finish the enlistment systems in Dhaka recently, he said Malaysia would respect the zero-cost arrangement.

“Bangladeshi specialists will show up in Malaysia without paying anything. All expenses including airfare, toll and clinical charges will be borne by the businesses. We will drop the quantities of managers who gather any cash from them after their appearance,” he said, adding that they are hoping to get 200,000 Bangladeshi laborers throughout some undefined time frame.

He said Bangladesh exiles’ government assistance and abroad business serve Imran Ahmad had communicated worry over the treatment of their laborers and he had guaranteed the Bangladesh legislature of their prosperity.

Asked on the questionable Malaysian solicitation to select just 25 of the 1,300-odd enrollment organizations in Bangladesh for the enlistment, he said this was Malaysia’s call and the Cabinet would settle on this. “It’s our own, we will choose.”
